Review:

The Iron Lady is an autobiography film of Margaret Thatcher, British prime minister. The movie will center on her activities and conclusions contributing to the controversial 1982 Falklands War.

This movie will revolve around the complex character of Iron Lady Thatcher and her motives and conditions while she was leading England that time. Thus far they have not declared casting of who will be Ronald Reagan, but it will definitely be a good surprise. They already drafted Meryl Streep who will lead the movie, and there will be no doubt that will have all kinds of liberal hate being the Iron Lady.

The director of this stunning film is Phyllida Lloyd, and her last product in the big screen was Mamma Mia!, which also has Streep in it. This might be the reason why the cast includes Streep. Nevertheless, Mama Mia! was good and it did make a lot in the box office. So this tandem might also be a good luck charm for The Iron Lady. Though of course, The Iron Lady is a more serious film with the two of them working with each other again.

The Oscars will never miss a film by Streep, so this has quality. This film might be nominated for an Oscar. A Best Film nomination may not be sure as of yet, but a Best Actress might be in the sidelines already. And because of the controversy that surrounds the story, a Best Screenplay award could be also be predicted.
