The Switch is an example of a great comedy concept. Usually when women reach a certain age they pretty much despair at ever having a husband and kid if they haven’t already bit the bullet. In this particular film the whole ‘ticking clock’ idea is taken to a whole new level when a 40 year old woman decides to get a baby bump with the help of  a turkey baster and some stored sperm. It’s only a couple of years later that her best friend works up the nerve to tell her that the sperm in the baster came from him rather than her chosen specimen. Starring Jennifer Aniston, Patrick Wilson, Jason Bateman, and Thomas Robinson the theatre release of The Switch is expected to happen in August 2010. Directed by Josh Gordon and will Speck, The Switch is rated PG-13 (though it may be pushing it what with all the sex, nudity, drugs, and curse words).
